There were quite a few merchandising tie-ins for
the 1954 film "20,000 LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA"...

View Master decided to get into the game.  Incredibly, their 3-D stereo reels did NOT feature photos from the movie, but instead, of miniature figures custom-made just for their project!

I actually have this in my collection.  However, I can't even imagine what it would take to reproduce the images myself.  What I'm presenting here is entirely the work of fellow fan Todd Popp, as originally presented at the Selling Tourist Infosite blog.  For more info, click the link.  I'm deeply indebted!  And I hope no one minds my collecting all these various "20,000 LEAGUES" tie-ins for my Jules Verne project here.
