"THE BEAUTIFUL ANNABEL LEE" (Biography)
Kirby Publishing was a small comics publisher that operated from 1949-1958. Their output included BOLD STORIES, CANDID TALES, DEAD END CRIME STORIES, ENCHANTING LOVE, GOLDEN LOVE STORIES, and GOLDEN WEST LOVE.
Strangely, one of their romance comics featured what may have been the earliest Poe biography, a 6-pager detailing his marriage to his teenaged cousin.
I found this quite by accident at the Who Goes There blog on 1-9-2020.
The art is by Bill Draut & Bruno Premiani, the latter of whom is probably best known as the illustrator of Arnold Drake's unusual superhero team, DOOM PATROL.
